California Consumer Privacy Act Requests

Only applicable for those who reside in the state of California.

We will only request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and process your request, consistent with applicable law. The verification process helps ensure that we are honoring your requests for information about you, and not about someone else. California residents may submit a request directly. Requests on behalf of a child under the age of 13 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.

California residents may request to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of their personal information, and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as provided by law.

Requests may be submitted by email, web form, or other methods made available on our Website. Use of the downloadable form is optional.

Step 1: Fill out the attached form 

Download CCPA Request form HERE. Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of a consumer with written permission signed by the consumer, or other proof of authorization as permitted by law. We may also require the consumer to verify their identity directly.
